You have requested a resource that is restricted to use by qualified patrons of the UMDNJ University Libraries. Qualified patrons include UMDNJ students, faculty, and staff, and other UMDNJ affiliated individuals.

CORE accounts are used to log in to machines located in the IST computer labs and several other university systems. It is also used to access the University wireless network. The Core accounts are in accordance with HIPAA security requirements to enhance computer security.

You can verify your CORE account access by going to https://accessumd.umdnj.edu/, then typing your Username (the part of your UMDNJ e-mail address that appears before the @ sign) and CORE Password.

For questions about your CORE account please call the IST Help Desk at (732) 743-3200 or 3-3200 if you are calling from within a UMDNJ building (from Coriell Institute 1-3200).

  • UMDNJ ID# (A#) OR
  • Social Security # OR
  • Bar Code #

Last Name tips:
Replace a hyphen with a space. Smith-Jones becomes smith jones.
Drop the apostrophe and leave no space. O'Rourke becomes orourke.
